About Us

GLIDE was started by four high school students that saw a problem. We realized that so much of our community, locally and globally had technology, but knowledge on how to use it, as well as the dangers of the digital world if you can't navigate it confidently. Our goal is to create a space for anyone that needs to learn about the digital world. We believe you should learn all the best ways to stay in touch with family; how to make a strong password; which kinds of WiFi networks to connect to; how to update your computer; and so much more. We sincerely believe digital literacy needs to be accessible, no matter who you are.
